History: When he was born, he had a twin, Link. But he was never like Link. He always wanted more in life. On Hyrule, the custom is to be trained in magic at the age of 9. When he was trained, he took his power way too far. Link did not approve of this abusement of power, but Dark Link wanted to be more powerful. When he was 12 his parents mysteriously disappeared. No one ever knew what happened to them, but what they didn't know was that Dark Link was behind it. He implanted false memories into his twins mind using magic. When he was 15, he met Lord Hathies, and Hathies saw that the power in Dark Link was not only unusual, it was supernatural. At age 16 he joined the dark side as Hathies's Apprentice. He wanted to go more deeply into his family's history, so Hathies gave him a Vibro Blade instead of a Lightsaber. To this day, Dark Link has never been caught.
